Within the course Marketing, comunicazione aziendale e mercati globali, the University of Milan-Bicocca hosts an open class dedicated to the philosophical and legal challenges raised by contemporary neuroscience.
The meeting will feature the presentation of two recent monographs addressing the ethical, legal, and human rights implications of neuroscientific developments, particularly in forensic contexts and in the governance of emerging neurotechnologies.
The event is coordinated by Prof. Carla Gulotta, Professor of Philosophy of Law at the University of Milan-Bicocca.
